Hi, I’m Hillary!
I’m an Oklahoma Calligrapher. My fascination with hand lettering and calligraphy started when I was very young. I credit my interest to my brother, Hunter. He and I are very close in age and have always been close at heart too. At birth, Hunter lost oxygen which caused brain damage and Cerebral Palsy. Growing up, I spent much of my life in waiting rooms due to all the surgeries, physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions, and countless doctor appointments he had. I carried my "art bag" with me to every appointment to help pass the time. I always had it filled with various paper, colored pencils, drawing books, and other art supplies. Sometimes I'd draw, sometimes I'd color, but more often than not, I'd sit there and see how many different ways I could write my name and/or everyone else's name that I knew. Who would've thought I could turn that into a business years later?!
Lettering is a comfort and passion for me, and it fills my heart to share it with others!
