What’s Included?

Hilligraphy Ink’s private calligraphy mentorship sessions include individualized instruction and a supply kit specially curated to fit your learning needs. You can choose if you’d like your supply kit to include brush pen calligraphy supplies or pointed pen calligraphy supplies.

Choose between a single 2-hour session or a series of three, 2-hour sessions. Please note, each lesson will be tailored to fit your individual calligraphy journey.

Single session:

This introductory lesson will focus primarily on the basics of modern calligraphy. We’ll discuss your calligraphy goals then together walk through an overview of calligraphy, work through the basic calligraphy strokes (a very important foundation), how to use those strokes to build the lowercase alphabet and create words, gearing the session toward your goals.

Three Lesson Series:

These customized lessons will start with the basics of modern calligraphy, but we’ll delve deeper into advanced techniques such as styling, flourishing, and lettering layouts, or whatever your calligraphy goals are. These lessons will be highly individualized based on the techniques you’re most interested in learning.

Note:

If you’re located near Moore, Oklahoma, an in-person meeting location will be arranged. Otherwise, an individual zoom link will be set up.

At checkout you will be asked to enter your preferred dates for scheduling. While I do my best to accommodate your preferred dates, availability can not be guaranteed. Hillary will contact you directly via email to schedule exact lesson date(s)/time(s).

If choosing the 3-session series, it is recommended to allow 1-2 weeks between each session for individual practicing.
